Our 3-Step Support Process
Step 1 – Raise It. We make it easy by offering our clients 3 ways of raising tickets – client portal, email, or call us.
Step 3 – Resolve It. Once we get the go-ahead (which often happens at Step 1 – the first phone call), we fix it and let the client know the minute it has been resolved.
Step 2 – Scope It. We dive into the problem to scope it out in more detail and immediately give our clients an indication of the parameters – complexity, resolution timeline and budget.
